Acme Community Cash Back Program
Save your Acme "Cash Back" dated receipts from Tuesday, September 27th to Saturday, February 20, 2010 from any
Acme Fresh Market store that has "Acme Community Cash Back" printed on the bottom of each receipt (R.S.V.P. stores not
included in this program). Mail those dated receipts to OPEN M's Free Clinic and help OPEN M earn 5% on the Acme store
brands you purchase, receipts must have "Cash Back" amount printed on the bottom. Mail your dated receipts to
OPEN M Clinic, 941 Princeton Street, Akron, OH 44311 no later than Thursday, February 25, 2010. With your help in
2008/2009 we received $867, in 2007/2008 $566 and in 2006/2007 we received $437.

In-Kind Contributions
Another way to help is through In-Kind Contributions. These include material donations other than cash. Some
examples are:
- children's books / crafts
- health / beauty items
- office supplies / office equipment
- non-perishable food

Cash and checks are another way to support OPEN M. Checks should be made payable to OPEN M. You can mail

Giving by credit card can be done in two ways: over the phone by calling Tim McMahon at 330.434.0110 Ext. 405 or,
on-line by clicking on the "Make a Donation" button located below and on our home page. We use PayPal, a global
leader in online e-commerce payment solutions, as our transaction processing agent. Using PayPal allows you to
donate safely and securely without having to share your personal financial information with us.
